Avocado, Kale and Spinach Protein Shake

Protein shakes are an easy way to drink a hefty serving of leafy, green vegetables while disguised as a creamy green shake. This one is just sweet enough from the banana and kiwi while also deliciously creamy from the yogurt and avocado. 

Avocado, Kale and Spinach Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (244g) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup (245g) non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 1 medium kiwi fruit, peeled
  • 2 cups (50g) spinach
  • 1 cup (50g) kale, packed
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
